On Microsoft Outlook
Click on 'Tools' > Accounting settings > 'New' tab.
Leave default on 'Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP'
Click 'Next'
Your name: John
email address: John@domain.com
password: 123456 [should be same a webmail]
select: 'Manually configure server...'
Click 'Next'
-----------------------
Account type: POP3
Incoming mail server: mail.domain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.domain.com

Username: [same as webmail]
password: same as webmail

Click next to complete setup

Additional info:
POP3 Port: 110
SMTP Port: 587

You need to go to the user's mail, in the right top corner click on 'Webmail Home', in the Manage Your Inbox section, select 'Forwarder' and add your main email address in order to receive a copy of a each mail sent tp user's mail address. Click 'Go' to save.
